Bed33 (referred to herein as the "Platform", "we", or "bed33") is a licensed online betting and gaming service provider in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all bed33 services.

Deposit Terms:

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Bed33 does not charge any fees on deposits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name only.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Suspicious deposits may be frozen pending verification.

Withdrawing your winnings from bed33 is quick and straightforward. The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

General Bonus Terms:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 30x the total of your deposit + bonus amount.
• Free Spins: Valid on selected games only. A 20x wagering requirement applies before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: A minimum deposit of ৳1,000 is required to qualify for the weekly reload bonus.
• Wagering requirements must generally be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a sports event is cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly; the odds at the time of bet submission are final.

• Bed33 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained by exploiting system or software errors.

Bed33 places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. Gaming is meant to be fun — not a source of income. We provide the following tools to all members, completely free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Gaming is automatically stopped once losses exceed a specified limit.

• Use of a false identity or forged documents.

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw all remaining balance before doing so, as recovering funds after closure may not be possible.

Bed33 may close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification failure.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).

Bed33 always strives to deliver the best experience; however, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Third-party server or payment gateway failures.
• Natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
• Issues with your own device or software.
• Losses resulting from sharing your login credentials with others.

Bed33's total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances.

Bed33 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify members via email or an on-platform notice.
